What kind of decision will be taken by the investigating agency in the latest investigation is increasing the suspense. The reason for this is that kadapa mp avinash Reddy along with his father Bhaskara reddy should be tried in the vivekananda reddy murder case. The mp has already been investigated twice by the CBI. The investigating agency issued notices to the father and son at the same time to attend the inquiry on Monday.

The cbi officials decided to interrogate the mp at the office in hyderabad and the father at the guest house of kadapa jails. But the mp has written to the cbi to allot another date for the investigation. The official response of the cbi is not known. It seems that Bhaskar's trial will be held on Monday. The cbi strongly suspects that these two are the masterminds in Viveka's murder case. But the mp claims that he was only called as a witness.

However, if the matter of mp is kept aside, the suspense is increasing as to what the cbi is going to do with his father. It is being spread that if the arrest of both is not certain, Bhaskara reddy will be detained first. In many cases investigated by the cbi so far, there have been incidents where the suspects were summoned for questioning two or three times and then arrested.

So it is reported that the investigation agency is going to follow the same method in the case of MP's father also. However, it is not clear whether the cbi has any evidence for their arrest. It is well known that a mere arrest without strong evidence will not stand up in court. Whether it's a google takeout or something else, to stand firm in court, the evidence presented must be irrefutable.

There are many examples of courts rejecting many pieces of evidence presented in cbi court in various cases. So the chargesheets of the cases filed by the cbi will stand up in court only when strong evidence is collected. Otherwise, cbi will have to bear the scandal of being biased.
