In jharkhand, Naxalite krishna Yadav, carrying a reward of Rs 2 lakh, has finally been arrested by the police after four years. The accused is wanted in a total of 51 criminal cases like murder, firing, explosion, arson, attack on police, extortion, threat call. He has been arrested by the special team of ranchi Police. The Naxalite had escaped from police custody in Balumath police station of Latehar district in the year 2021. He had committed many criminal acts even while absconding.

ranchi SSP Chandan Kumar Sinha told in a press conference on friday that his position in the banned organization PLFI (People's Liberation Front of India) was that of an area commander. He was included in the most wanted list of jharkhand Police. Recently, he was involved in the murder of Munshi Bhupendra Yadav at a construction site in McCluskieganj police station area of Ranchi. A country-made carbine, pistol, live cartridges and other items have been recovered from him.

He used to extort huge amounts from contractors

krishna Yadav joined PLFI in 2014 and is currently a member of the state committee of this banned organization. He has been extorting huge amounts of money from land dealers, crusher owners, brick kiln owners and contractors engaged in development work. On not paying the money, many incidents like arson, vandalism, firing and murder have been carried out at his behest by going to construction sites.

This is how the Naxalite was caught

It was told that the police had received information that krishna Yadav was hiding in Kudu in Lohardaga district. Based on this, a team was formed and a raid was conducted in Kudu. However, krishna Yadav managed to escape from there before the police arrived. After this, the police again got inputs that he was hiding in McCluskieganj area. After this, the police team raided and caught krishna Yadav. After being caught by the police, he tried to run away once again and in the process he fell on a rocky place. Due to this, he got badly injured.
