Rajesh Hansda murder case echoed in the House!
Finance minister cum deputy chief minister Samrat Chaudhary has to present the budget in the bihar assembly today (Monday). Before this, when the proceedings of the assembly started, many matters were raised. CPI(M) mla ajay Kumar questioned minister Bijendra prasad Yadav that 10 people were made accused in the murder of Rajesh Hansda. Out of this, two people have been arrested. It was said that chargesheet of two accused will be submitted, but six people are still roaming outside.
mla ajay Kumar said that Rajesh Hansda's widow wife is being threatened. She is being told to withdraw the case or else you will also be murdered like Rajesh Hansda. He questioned the government that when will the six accused who are threatening be arrested? On this, minister Bijendra prasad Yadav said that there will be an investigation into the threats. Action will be taken if correct evidence is found.
mla ajay Kumar again questioned what the home Department did against the remaining six accused? Why is it not telling? Were they acquitted? The minister again replied that many people are named in the FIR, but action will be taken against the one against whom evidence is found.

Let us tell you that in october 2023 in Madhepura, cpi leader Comrade Rajesh Hansda was shot dead by unknown bike-borne criminals. In this murder case, a case was registered in Murliganj police station against 10 people including the former chief councilor of Murliganj nagar Panchayat and a young RJD leader very close to former education minister of bihar Prof. Chandrashekhar. Four people, including the cpi leader, have been killed in the ongoing rivalry over an old land dispute.
