She went missing after school on 24 February. The victim's uncle, who is a driver by profession, had registered a case of kidnapping against an unknown accused in Jogeshwari police station on 26 February.

Jogeshwari police registered a case against 5 accused under the POCSO Act. After that Jogeshwari police arrested all 5 accused of atrocities.
The arrested accused are AC mechanics. Seeing the girl alone after school, the accused took her to their house located in Sanjay nagar area of Jogeshwari and raped her one by one. At present, Jogeshwari police has arrested all 5 accused and is engaged in further investigation. police has registered a case on the basis of the statement of the victim child. police is investigating the matter with the help of CCTV to find out what actually happened?

The victim girl lives with a relative in Jogeshwari. She went missing on 24 February. Seeing the girl alone, the accused took her to their house in Sanjay nagar, Jogeshwari and then raped her one by one. Later on 27 February, the victim was found by the railway police at Dadar station. The railway police handed her over to the Jogeshwari police. During police interrogation, it was found that she was sexually assaulted in Jogeshwari area.
