

Tragic accident - workers who went down to clean water tank died!
A major accident has taken place in Nagpada, Mumbai. Five workers died of suffocation while cleaning the water tank. It is being told that the water tank was being cleaned in a building under construction. Five workers went down to clean the tank. Suddenly, one by one the workers started falling ill. They complained of feeling suffocated. The workers were taken out of the water tank and fire brigade personnel were called on the spot.
The fire brigade personnel took the workers out of the water tank and admitted them to JJ Hospital for treatment. On reaching the hospital, all five cleaning workers were declared dead. The police have registered a case and started investigation.

On reaching JJ Hospital, the doctors declared them dead. police said that an investigation is being conducted to find out whether the cleaning workers were following safety rules during work or not. Strict action will be taken if the negligence of the contract agency is revealed. It is being learned that when the five workers were taken to the hospital after the accident, 4 of them were brought dead while one was admitted. police have confirmed four deaths, while BMC has informed that all five workers have lost their lives.
