Landlord rapes domestic help, case registered!

A case of rape of a 35-year-old woman has come to light in Goregaon area of Mumbai. This woman has lodged a complaint with the police. Based on the complaint, Bangur nagar police station has registered a case against the 40-year-old accused. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 64(2)(M), 352 and 351(2) of the indian Penal Code.

The accused is currently absconding. The police is searching for him. According to the information received from Bangur nagar police, the victim woman used to work in the house of the accused. On the day of the incident, there was no one in the house, then the accused took advantage of being alone and raped the woman. The accused threatened the woman that if she told anyone, he would kill her.

Raped again taking advantage of the woman's silence

The victim did not tell anyone about the incident. Taking advantage of this, the accused raped the woman the next day as well. The victim woman did not go to work for a few days after the incident. The victim told her family about the incident, after which last evening the victim along with her family reached the nearby Bangur nagar police station and registered a case. The police registered a case and started searching for the accused.

Rape of a minor in Navi Mumbai

This incident happened at a time when a day before, a 15-year-old minor girl was raped by a van driver. The police have arrested the van driver. The police have registered a case against the accused under the relevant sections of POCSO and BNS. However, three days ago a case came to light where a woman trapped an elderly man in a love trap and filed a false rape case. This woman had extorted Rs 18.5 lakh from the elderly man. A case of honeytrafficking was registered against the woman.
