Drug smuggler's three-storey house and agricultural land frozen!

Jalore police is running a campaign against drug smuggling. In this episode, Bhinmal police has taken a big action. Drug smuggler Bhajanlal Vishnoi's property worth about one crore has been frozen. The property includes a three-storey house and agricultural land. police said that the property was built from illegal earnings. The team formed under the leadership of Thanadhikari Rameshwar Bhati carried out the action.

police said that the value of Bhajanlal Vishnoi's three-storey residential house located at Khasra number 515 and 517 has been estimated at Rs 58.58 lakh. 1.63 hectares of agricultural land in the name of father Kesaram has been frozen. Bhajanlal's illegal property was identified under the NDPS Act. On february 28, an order was issued directing to freeze the accused's property. According to Bhinmal police, accused Bhajanlal Vishnoi is a hardcore criminal.

Tightening grip on drug smuggler

A total of 20 criminal cases including NDPS Act and Arms Act are registered against Bhajanlal. In the year 2019, Bhajanlal was caught in the case of smuggling of 258 kg poppy husk. Bhajanlal is currently in judicial custody. The police action is being considered as a strong message for drug smugglers.

The intention is clear that the property acquired from the business of drug smuggling will be tightened further. Additional Superintendent of police Motaram Godara and Circle Officer Annaraj Singh were also present during the action.

Property worth one crore frozen

The action of confiscating the property acquired from black money was taken on the orders of the Finance Ministry. Superintendent of police Gyan Chand Yadav said that the action of confiscating the illegal properties of criminals involved in the drug smuggling business will continue continuously. He made it clear that the process of identifying the property made from smuggling will continue in future as well.
