Dr. Vibha nagar said that it is not easy for prisoners who are addicted to drugs, especially those who take dry drugs or injections, to give up the addiction. They are not able to get drugs in jail, due to which their behavior changes rapidly. In such a situation, many times they can try to harm themselves or others. Therefore, their counseling and monitoring is very important.
Special counseling for Muskan and Sahil
Dr. nagar said that prisoners like Muskan and Sahil are different from other prisoners. Special counseling is needed for both of them. Muskan has been counseled for about two hours so far and gradually a change in her attitude is being seen. The jail administration and experts are trying to bring them in the right direction. For this, it is very important to keep them busy in some work.
'It is difficult to say what was in the mind at the time of murder'
When Dr. Vibha nagar was asked what was going on in the minds of Muskan and Sahil at the time of murder, she clearly said that it is very difficult to understand it. Some things can be said on the basis of psychology, but it is impossible to say it accurately.
'Positive environment is necessary for prisoners'
She said that a positive environment is necessary to get rid of drug addiction. Prisoners are gradually brought out of this addiction. Especially women in jail, who get involved in crime due to some mental pressure or circumstances, need special counseling and care.
