police has successfully solved the murder of a cattle businessman in Kochadhaman police station area of Kishanganj district within just 9 days. police has arrested two accused involved in the murder, after interrogation of whom further action is being taken.
The deceased's wife had registered the case
It is worth noting that on march 18, businessman Jaspal was brutally murdered by slitting his throat in Jhogidigdhi under Kochadhaman police station. On Friday, Superintendent of police Sagar Kumar told in a press conference that a case was registered in Kochadhaman police station on the basis of the statement of the deceased's wife Sarita Devi.
After which, through technical investigation, the fact came to light that the deceased businessman's brother-in-law Mohan Kumar Das had an illicit relationship with the deceased's pregnant wife. Apart from this, brother-in-law Mohan Das wanted to take the businessman's castrated goat business in his name. Due to this Jaspal alias Sherri was murdered by slitting his throat.
This incident was carried out by the deceased's brother-in-law Mohan Das in connivance with Sunny Kumar Das 24 years, father Arjun Kumar Das, police station-Kochadhaman. police has arrested the deceased's brother-in-law Mohan Kumar Das 41 years, father Kishan Lal Das and Sunny Kumar Das in the case.
He was made to drink alcohol and then his throat was slit with a weapon
During interrogation, the above arrested accused told that before the incident, the deceased Jaspal alias Sherri was made to drink alcohol. After that he was taken near the Jhogidighi paved road culvert and his throat was slit with a sharp weapon and he was murdered. Superintendent of police Sagar Kumar said that the arrested accused have been sent to jail after interrogation.
