Through this system, passengers can directly register a complaint about their lost or stolen mobile on the 'Rail Madad' app. This complaint will automatically reach the 'Sanchar Sathi' portal from where the mobile will be blocked so that it cannot be misused and its tracking can be started.

Blocking facility: Any person can block his lost or stolen mobile by reporting it on the portal.
