Rajasekhara reddy Sandinti Yeduguri He is a renowned leader who will live on in the hearts and thoughts of the telugu people for a long time. He was the chief minister of united andhra pradesh from 2004 to 2009, and he was known as YSR. With his leadership, he has left an indelible imprint on the telugu people's life in just five years. From 1999 until 2004, YS Rajasekhara reddy was the leader of the Opposition in the andhra pradesh Assembly. Before the elections, YS marched 1467 kilometres in the summer of 2003. The YS Padayatra helped the congress party win a resounding victory in the 2004 elections.

With numerous public welfare initiatives like Arogya Sree, Fee Reimbursement, and 108 Ambulance Services, he has left an indelible imprint on the regime. He was born at Campbell Mission Hospital on July 8, 1949, to Jayamma and Rajareddy in Jammalamadugu, kadapa district. He studied medicine at Gulbarga, Karnataka, and graduated from Sri Venkateswara Medical college in tirupati as a house Surgeon. Prior to joining politics, YS established a 70-bed charitable hospital in his father's name in 1973.


In 1978, YS Rajasekhar reddy was elected as a member of the Legislative assembly for the first time. Four times elected as a Member of parliament and six times as a Member of the Legislative Assembly. He is regarded as a leader who has never lost a battle. When Chandrababu was a member of the congress party, the two became friends. In 1983, YS was elected PCC chief for the first time. In 1998, he was elected president of the PCC for the second time. He played a key role in having the farmer's debt erased and the amount of pensions increased. However, YS's delight at becoming chief minister for the second time was short-lived. telugu people were devastated at the death of YS Rajendra reddy, the state's Chief Minister. On september 2, he died in a helicopter crash due to bad weather while en route to an event. Let us commemorate that great leader once again on the occasion of his Jayanti (July 8).
