The political concept formed by the unique historical continuum of tamil Nadu and the influence of father Periyar's self-respect movement has brought these three together. Scholar Anna gave shape to these principles and turned them into democratic weapons. No one was surprised at what political path india would take when it gained independence. Jawaharlal Nehru, Ambedkar and others were adamant that a constitutional republic should be brought here. It was a foregone conclusion that democracy was flourishing in india through the Minto-Marley reforms introduced by the british government in response to the people's struggles. When independent regimes emerged after World war II in all the colonial countries, semi-democratic and military regimes and one-party regimes emerged in many countries.

At the beginning of the twentieth century, after the emergence of the non-Brahmin movement and the self-respect movement in tamil Nadu, the Justice party and the Dravidar League had already grown up in this context of political change. Therefore, there was a need to continue it after 1947. The method is to see it as a change between the pre-colonial and post-colonial contexts. Anna's way was the way Ambedkar and Periyar showed that modern progress was not possible in the caste society. But Anna had a separate plan to win political power to ensure that social justice. That is what first played a major role in shaping the path of social justice in tamil Nadu and today the path of social justice on an all india scale. The recent success of today's DMK leader MK Stalin's attempt to secure 27% reservation for the backward in medical education is on the same political path as the then DMK leader. Is that success only for the backward students of tamil Nadu?

Anna proposed the federal formula for democratically governing India. Anna's role in this was greater than any other leader of his time. His attempt on that day may have been unspoken; May have been ignored. But the command of time is different. Today, during Modi's rule, the demand for state autonomy is emerging from most of the states in india - that is, the states ruled by the opposition. At many times, many leaders may have talked about these. But no one else has as decisively advanced the political basis for federalism and autonomy as Anna.

What everyone does not know is that Anna was a very radical socialist. In what sense did Anna add the word 'progress' when he changed the name of his party from 'Dravidar Kazhagam' to 'Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam'? The word progress was added not in the sense of development, but the sense of progress. DMK was initially called 'Dravidian Progressive Federation' in English.

He was a supporter of socialism on a global scale and Nehru's socialist planning path on an indian scale. Anna's strong ideological foundation was responsible for all the socio-economic principles that were followed during the later regimes - especially the DMK regimes from the artist to stalin today.

What does Anna say? Social Justice if it is to prevail, must fight against social injustice and win political power as a result of the struggle. In democratic politics it happens through elections. Therefore, it is necessary to participate in elections and form a government that will restore the political, social and economic rights of the people. That state must first have the right to restore the rights of the people. That right is imprisoned in Delhi. So, it needs to be recovered.

An independent society cannot be created without autonomy. Social justice is not just representation, it is the well-being of the people. Improving livelihoods is the way to well-being. The economy is important for that. Therefore, the economic policy of the state should be the welfare state of the people. Requires strong public sector structure and joint planning. Entrepreneurs must grow independently. But business and finance should not get caught up in some ice. Power should not be trapped in Delhi. We should not stand hand in hand with anyone. The future should not be stuck with dictators - this is Anna's mindset. This is the political ideology that needs to be talked about again today.
