At the same time, to save from this amount of fine, the government has extended the deadline till march 31, so people should complete this process by march 31.
On the other hand, if people who did not link PAN with Aadhaar even by march 31, 2022, they will be fined Rs 1,000. Not only this, these people will not be able to use their PAN card anywhere. If the PAN card is used during this period, a fine of Rs 10,000 can also be imposed. Not only this, people who do not follow this process will also not be able to file Income Tax returns.
