Good news for Railway employees!!!
There is good news for railway employees. In fact, to give relief to the employees of the Railway Board, the dearness allowance has been increased by 14 percent in one go.
Employees will get 10 months of arrears
Any employee who will come under this DA HIKE benefit has been told to give an additional 10 months of DA Hike Arrear. Also, it was told in a statement from the Railway Board that this DA Hike will be applicable in two parts of 7-7 percent to the employees working under the Sixth Pay Commission.
DA increased to 203 percent
DA has increased by 7 percent from July 1, 2021, and also by 7 percent from january 1, 2022. At present, the employees getting salary under the Sixth Pay Commission are getting 189 percent DA. It is to be known that from July 1, 2021, 7 percent DA of these employees will increase to 196 percent. In this way, on an increase of 7 percent from january 1, 2022, it will become 203 percent. This railway employee will get 10 months' arrears in the salary of May.
What benefits will railway employees get?
The employees are very happy with this decision of the Railway Board. Employees will get double benefits from this. Let us inform you that after approval from the Finance Directorate and the Ministry of Railways, the Railway Board has implemented the decision. Earlier in March, the dearness allowance of central employees was increased by 3 percent.
34% DA benefit to employees in 7th pay commission
After the increase of 3 percent in the dearness allowance (7th Pay Commission) of central employees, it has increased from 31 percent to 34 percent. Let us tell you that the minimum basic salary of these employees is 18 thousand rupees. Now the basic minimum salary was increased from Rs 7 thousand to Rs 18000 the government.
