Indian Railways with Automatic Braking System!!!
Indian Railways is constantly improving its technology and speed so that better facilities can be given to the passengers on the railways. At the same time, work is also going on on Kavach Automatic Braking System to reduce the incidents of safety and derailment in trains and now in Vande Bharat Express, the country's most premium and fastest train. The test of this armor system has been successful.
In fact, the first Vande Bharat train equipped with new security technology passed its 'armor test' on Friday. The Railway minister has shared the video of the test of Vande Bharat's Kavach System with his social media handle.
Technology to prevent accidents
Vande Bharat Express is the first train to be equipped with Kavach technology. Trial of this technology is going on right now and in future it will be used in many more trains. Kavach technology is a technology that will protect trains from colliding with each other. In such a situation, if two trains come face to face on any one track, then with the help of this armour technology, the train will stop 380 meters before.
What is Armor technology?
It is worth noting that Kavach technology works like an automatic braking system in a train, but it will be active only when two trains face each other on the same track. The Vande Bharat Express with Kavach technology has been manufactured at the Integral Coach Factory, Chennai. It is now being used to prevent accidents in indian Railways.
