Ingredients 250 gm of almonds
200 gm of fresh pineapple
150 gm of Desi Ghee
125 gmof sugar
Reduced milk: 150 gm
Green cardamoms powde): 1 gm
15 gm of chopped cashews
Method: Rinse, peel, and slice the pineapple into small pieces first.
Ghee is heated over a medium flame in a large pan.
Mix the ghee and the sliced pineapple thoroughly.
Use a medium flame to cook the pineapple.
Up until the wetness dries up, keep stirring.
Add almonds and continue to sauté till halwa becomes thick.
Almonds should be boiled for two minutes, their skins peeled, and blended before being added.
Add sugar and continue to sauté until fully combined.
To prevent burning, swirl in the milk while adding. Disconnect the flame.
Serve hot or cold after thoroughly mixing in the almonds and cardamom powder.
