What if the future of india lies in the hands of the youth without much Knowledge?

The State Board of Higher education has mandated that vocational english be taught in the current academic year as well. Krishnasamy, Member Secretary, tamil Nadu Higher education Council, has sent a letter to all university associates in this regard:

Professional english was introduced in all the universities and allied colleges functioning under the Department of Higher education in tamil Nadu during the academic year 2020-21 in the undergraduate section. This lesson was taught only to students in Years 1 and 2. It should be followed by the implementation of the professional english course as a preview in the current academic year by all universities. The professional english lesson will be implemented in the 3rd and 4th Years of the next academic year (2022-23). Accordingly, all colleges can comment on curriculum designs. It is noteworthy that this practice does not apply to Anna university, Law university, and private non-state universities.

Earlier professional english was compulsory in government Colleges, and staffs of other subjects used to handle these. This was a burden to Engineering students because most of them were from a very rural background. So as the days moved on, the percentage of students with a degree also fell down, that lead to the bringing down of standard of professional english Course. So finally the students who passed out were lacking in Language. But this order is welcomed by the lecturers, and Professional english should be mandatory for an Engineering Graduate.
