While the examination commissioner has complained to the university administration about this, some people are also saying that they are neglecting the work of correcting the answer sheet. Regarding this, an honorary lecturer said, "When the names of the professors who had come for the revision of Part-1 tamil answer sheet on last 6th were read out, their names were not included on the basis of seniority. Some people questioned this. The in-charge of the answer paper editing center said that it was read out as per the order of the university administration. We protested knowing that we are the first among the permanent staff, the second among the permanent teachers of government-aided colleges and the third among the self-financed college teachers. We appealed to the university Examination Board to bring about a change in this. The management says that nothing can be done as the list is prepared by computer. Because of this, some people have neglected the work of correction. On the 22nd, due to a glitch in the correction of the answer sheet of the Department of Commerce, some people did not participate in the work. The university hired those who completed Ph.D., SLED, NET on the basis of merit. Many have worked for over 20 years. We should give importance without neglecting our places," he said.
