UP NEET UG 2024 Round 1 Seat Allotment Results Released


The Directorate of Medical education and Research (DMER), Uttar Pradesh, has published the Round 1 seat allotment results for the NEET UG 2024. Candidates who participated in the initial round of counseling for MBBS and BDS programs can now view and download their results from the official websites: upneet.gov.in or dgme.up.gov.in.


Important Dates and Instructions:


  • Reporting Dates: Candidates who received their seat allotment letters in Round 1 must download their allotment orders and report to their assigned college between august 31 and september 5.
  • Free Exit Option: Candidates allocated seats in government or private medical and dental colleges have the option to request a free exit if they do not wish to accept their assigned seat. Those opting for a free exit can still participate in the second or third rounds of counseling.

How to Check Your Seat Allotment Results:

  1. Visit the official UP NEET website: upneet.gov.in.
  2. Find and click on the link for "UP NEET UG 2024 seat allotment result for Round 1."
  3. Enter your login details and submit.
  4. Your seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Review and save a copy of the result for future reference.
  6. Print a hard copy for your records.

Required Documents for Reporting:

  • UP NEET 2024 admit card
  • NEET 2024 result
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Two passport-sized photographs
  • Domicile certificate (if required)

Please note that the UP NEET UG 2024 counseling is open only to those who have passed the NEET 2024 exam. Admissions will be based on the NEET UG 2024 merit list, with 85% of state quota seats in government medical institutions and 100% of seats in private medical colleges allocated accordingly.
