Big news related to UP Board, in case of irregularities!
A case of irregularities in the determination of centers for UP Board's high school and intermediate examination has come to light. On receiving the complaint, the Additional director got the matter investigated by the Joint director of education, Azamgarh, and the allegations were found to be true in the investigation. After this, on the instructions of the Additional director, Joint director of education Dinesh Singh suspended the examination in-charge and his assistant and attached both of them to the district education and Training Institute.
Along with the school managers, teacher organizations also complained about the irregularities in the determination of UP Board examination centers at the district level. Even after this, no one took cognizance of it and after completing the process of center determination, 282 examination centers were made in the district. Examination in-charge Umakant Yadav was very arbitrari in the determination of centers. He was even accused of collecting Rs 2.5 lakh each for making examination centers. Not only this, children of many schools were shifted from one school to another.
Leader of Opposition Lal Bihari Yadav, Uttar Pradesh Secondary teachers Association's patron Ramjanm Singh and Shri Durgaji Inter college complained about this to the Secretary Secondary education Council Prayagraj. Taking cognizance of the matter, the Secretary ordered an inquiry. When Joint education director Dinesh Singh investigated the matter, many allegations were confirmed. Regarding this, Joint education director suspended the examination in-charge Umakant Yadav and his assistant with immediate effect. Also, both were attached to the district education and Training Institute.
Joint education director Azamgarh Dinesh Singh said that many complaints were received from the teacher organization and schools. On the orders of the Additional director, I investigated the complaints. Many allegations were found to be true in the investigation. On the instructions of the Additional director, examination in-charge Umakant Yadav and his assistant have been suspended. Both have been attached to the district education and Training Institute, Jafarpur. Two clerks Umakant Yadav and dilip Gaur have been suspended. These clerks gave wrong information due to which wrong examination centers were made. They will be given a charge sheet and an inquiry will be conducted. Virendra Pratap Singh has been made the investigating officer. Further action will be taken after the investigation report comes.
