Illegal bridge built in the name of government project

Actually, the local landowner and builder were trying to increase the price of the surrounding land by building this bridge in the name of a government project. But the local Municipal Corporation came to know about their misdeeds, after which the bulldozer action started. In the viral video, the Municipal Corporation officer of Purnia can be seen with a JCB near the bridge. The Municipal Corporation is now ready to demolish it.

However, seeing the JCB coming to demolish the bridge built on the river bank, the local villagers also protested against it. They are preventing the bridge from being demolished. people were heard saying that 'Our farm is there, our small children are there'. There was also an argument between the municipal officials and the people. Because the local people are very happy with the construction of this bridge, but they do not know that this bridge has been constructed in a wrong way, this is not a government project.

The villagers say that with the construction of this bridge, their years of problems will end. The crop will be able to reach home easily. The labor will be less and the risk of people drowning while crossing the river will also end. The local people thanked the landlords for this and said that with the cooperation of everyone, this bridge is being built for social welfare. They are very happy with the construction of this bridge.

What did Municipal Commissioner Kumar Mangalam say?

Speaking to PTI, Purnia Municipal Commissioner Kumar Mangalam said, "A 60 feet x 10 feet bridge over the Kari koshi river in Ward No. 4 in Rahmat nagar area of Purnia city has been built by private individuals without the consent of the municipal body. The bridge has been ordered to be demolished." The villagers are unaware of the trickery of brokers in this bridge being built illegally over the Kari koshi river near Bin Toli, Ward No. 4 of Purnia Municipal Corporation area. They are busy applauding the local landowners for the bridge construction work. They say that this bridge is a symbol of people's resentment against the MLA, mp and bihar government officials of Purnia, while the real matter is something else.
