Omicron - Introducing 2 new vaccines waiting for approval??

The COVOVAX vaccine is WHO approved. The SEC has also sent a proposal to DCGI to approve MOLNUPIRAVIR, an anti-covid drug in India. The virtual meeting of the CDSCO Scientific Committee SEC was held on december 27, in which it was decided to send a recommendation to the DCGI for approval of both vaccines and anti-Govt medicine in India.

Molnupiravir is given to patients with mild coronary heart disease, it is used in the treatment with mild symptoms so that they do not become seriously infected and avoid going to the hospital.
