Exercises for cervical disc disease...

Today cervical pain has become so common that now even small children are seeing its effect. This is a pain caused by cervical spondylosis or osteoarthritis. Sometimes this pain increases so much that the person has to face trouble even in getting up and sitting. In such a situation, today we are going to tell you about some special methods to get relief from cervical pain.

Before that let us know what is cervical spondylitis?

Actually there are seven small bones in our neck. With the help of these bones, we are able to move our neck back and forth or up and down. On the other hand, when we sit unnecessarily bending our shoulders forward, lying down, watching tv or always sleeping with a pillow under our head, a kind of stiffness starts to be felt in the neck. And then it gives rise to a serious disease, which is called Cervical Spondylosis.

These exercises are very beneficial

Neck stretch:

For this, first of all, sit down with your body straight.

Now move your chin forward. Do this until you feel a stretch in your neck and then lift the chin give a pause for 5 seconds.

 Neck tilt:

For this too, first of all, sit down with a straight waist and bring the chin down. Now try to touch the chest with your chin. Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then come back to the normal position. Do this at least 5 times.

Side to Side Neck Tilt

Sit up straight and tilt your neck to one side.

When your ear starts touching the shoulder, stop.

After staying in this position for about 5 seconds, come back to the normal position.

Now by taking the head in the normal position, tilt the neck towards the other shoulder and stay in that position for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times.
