1. Massage oil on the soles of the feet
One must massage oil on the feet before sleeping. By doing this the body remains balanced and you feel a sense of peace. This removes anxiety and stress. It also gives good sleep.
2. Massage the head with oil
To keep fatigue, anxiety or stress away, do oil-massage of the head. It keeps your mind calm and blood circulation also becomes good.

3. Use Nasya Kriya
Nasya Kriya has been considered very useful in Ayurveda. In this, effective oils like Ghee, Kwath are used. It cures headache, insomnia and breathing problems.
4. Consume Brahmi mixed with milk
Consuming milk containing Brahmi before sleeping keeps a person away from stress.
5. Do not make intermittent changes in the diet plan
Intermittent fasting increases the stress due to periodic changes in the diet plan. Due to this the person starts thinking more and becomes a victim of anxiety. This can make you a victim of fatigue, insomnia and depression.
