Tips: Flaxseed and weight loss!!!

Both Flax Seeds and Flax Seed oil are equally beneficial. Flaxseed has nutritional properties like omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B, vitamin E, fibre, magnesium, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory, which help protect the body from many diseases. The consumption of flaxseed oil is very beneficial to reduce weight.

Weight Loss

Chewing flaxseed oil or flaxseed reduces your fat. The extra fat in the body gets thrown out. Fibre makes the stomach feel full, reduces appetite and keeps weight under control. If you want to lose weight, then you can include flaxseeds in your diet.


Flax seeds have the ability to stabilize blood sugar levels. Flax seeds contain soluble fibre, which is known to be effective in reducing sugar levels. Eating flaxseeds is beneficial in type 2 diabetes.

Good for Skin

Flaxseed is beneficial for the skin, eating flaxseed cleans the face, and there are no blemishes on the skin.

How to intake?

Make a powder by grinding 50 grams of flaxseeds in a mixer. Then add one spoon of ghee and one spoon of water to it and knead it like a dough. After kneading it for 15 to 20 minutes, make small balls out of it. This will make it easier to eat flaxseeds.

Eat half a teaspoon of flaxseeds after having dinner every night. Keep in mind that after eating it is not swallowed with water. So chew it well, then do not eat or drink anything for half an hour.

Flaxseed can be eaten in the morning on an empty stomach, if you soak flaxseeds in water at night, then boil it in the morning and drink it after filtering the water.
