World Sight Day: How to keep the eyes healthy?


Now we are spending more time looking at the computer or mobile screen than before. Due to which it has a bad effect on our eyes. Due to this, watery eyes, blurring, headache and other diseases related to eyes are arising. In such a situation, if the problems related to the eyes persist for a long time, then it increases mental stress. That's why World Eye Day is celebrated to raise awareness in terms of eye health. This day is celebrated every year on 13 october so that people are conscious about their eyes. We are giving you some tips by which helps to keep your eyes healthy.


Keep these things in mind-

Splash cold water on the eyes before starting the exercise.

To relax the eyes, fill the palms with water, open and close the eyes.

This will give you relief to the eyes and there will be proper blood circulation in the eyes.


Do This Exercise For Healthy Eyes

1- Close your eyes for a few minutes while working in an interval of 3 to 4 hours. If you sit in front of the computer all day, then you should repeat this process throughout the day. By doing this your eyes will get rest and your eyes will be healthy.

2- Move the pupils of the eyes right-left and up-down, as well as rotate it around, this will give better exercise to your eyes.


3- You can do tratak for the health of the eyes. If you do not know what is Tratak, then understand that the process of staring at the flame of a lamp is called Tratak. By adopting this process, the ability of the eyes not only increases, but also the concentration also increases.


4- Walking on green grass in the morning is very beneficial for the eyes, especially when there is dew on the grass. 

5- Concentrate on any one point on the wall in the line of the eyes and try to focus on it from less time to longer time.

6- Keep your thumb between the two eyebrows in the line of the eyes and keep the eyes on the same point for some time.
