Celery

During any festival, due to eating food continuously, there are often problems like acidity, gas, indigestion. In such a situation, you can take the help of celery to get rid of them. For this, take a small spoon of carom seeds and grind it finely. After this, add a pinch of black or rock salt to it and consume it with water after ten minutes of having a meal. By doing this you can get rid of these problems.


Asafoetida

Apart from celery, to get rid of problems like indigestion, gas and constipation, take a pinch of raw Asafoetida and consume it with water. Apart from this, if your stomach has become upset and you have a problem like loose motion, then to get rid of it, roast a pinch of Asafoetida and consume it with water.


Dry Ginger

Dry ginger works as a panacea for many other problems along with cold. It also helps in reducing the problem of gas and acidity. After 10-15 minutes of eating food, taking half a teaspoon of dry ginger powder with water ends all the problems.
