Smelly armpits: Does the smell of sweat upset the intestines?

Most of the people do not like to take a daily bath during the cold season. Due to this, they leave the office and outside wearing perfumes. Do we have a problem with this? Those around us are sinful. Even if some people take a bath every day, they still smell a lot of sweat. Sweat is the odor that comes out of the glands in our body. Our skin has two sweat glands, eccrine and apocrine. The eccrine gland is present in our face, hands, feet, and chest. Another gland, apocrine, is located in the armpits, chest, and genitals. This gland is the only gland that secretes after puberty. That's why sweat doesn't smell bad on babies.

What causes sweating?

Fat and proteins in our body combine with bad bacteria to cause bad breath. It can be reduced in natural ways.
Tomato bath!

If we squeeze tomatoes in the water we have taken for bathing and then take a bath, the smell of sweat will fly away. This can be followed both morning and evening.

Turmeric Glory!

If you rub turmeric on your body and take a bath every day, sweat will not smell bad.
Mint Massage!

We are likely to smell bad sweat coming out of our armpits. So soak the mint and apply it on your armpits and massage it. Bathing after that is refreshing. Curd removes bad breath!

Take green tea at home and apply it on your armpits and all over your body and take a bath. The pesky sweat odor is removed and the skin is moisturized.
