'Super' foods that increase good cholesterol..!

Barley:

Walnuts:

Walnuts are mainly omega-3 fatty acids. It has the power to keep the heart healthy and strong. Lowers blood cholesterol and increases HDL i.e. good cholesterol.
coconut oil:

Coconut oil is known to increase good cholesterol and lower bad cholesterol. And its consumption does not increase the level of triglycerides, which are harmful to the heart.
