How to Improve your blood circulation with YOGA..?

Tadasana

For this, spread the legs equal to the width of the body and stand with the toes facing forward. Then bend the tailbone slightly, as well as keep the shoulders wide and relaxed. Straighten the head so that the chin is parallel to the floor. After this, raise the arms above the head and keep them equal to the width of the shoulders. Also, hold the posture for a minute.

Tree pose

For this, first of all, stand straight and lift the right leg from the floor and balance the body weight on the left leg. Then place the right foot on the left thigh. Let us tell you that to bring the feet to their place, they can be supported with the palms. After making the balance, join the palms on the heart chakra in Pranam Mudra and raise the Pranam Mudra towards the sky. After this straighten the elbows and during this keep the head in the middle of the arms. Then repeat this yoga Asanas with the other leg.

Vajrasana

For this, first of all, stand straight by keeping the arms beside the body and bending forward. Then slowly keep the knees on the mat. After this, keep the pelvic on the heel and keep the toes outward. Also, keep the ankles close to each other. Be careful not to keep the claws on top of each other. Keep the palms on the knees and keep the back straight and look ahead.
