2. Fruits:

Many people like to eat fruits after dinner. But that is wrong. Because eating like that can cause bloating and gas problems. Due to this, the food is not digested.

3. Smoking:
Many people have made a habit of smoking after dinner but should not do so. It can seriously harm your health. There is also a chance of cancer. Did you know that smoking after dinner can increase the risk of cancer more than at any other time? So never smoke after dinner.

4. Tea or Coffee:

Most people like to drink tea or coffee immediately after dinner. But actually drinking like this can adversely affect digestion. Due to this, the gas acidity problem is more likely to occur. 7. Water:

8. Bathing:
