Akbar questioned Birbal, “what is most far away from the light of Sun and Moon?” All the courtiers came up with different opinions on the issue. When no satisfactory answer came, Akbar expected a better answer from Birbal. He looked at Birbal. Birabl replied, “Your Majesty, darkness Is the most far away from the light of Sun and Moon. The light of Sun and Moon cannot go beyond darkness from some limit.” Akbar was impressed by quick wit of Birbal.
