Tips: Food for 1-year-old children!!!
Your baby is one year old, you have successfully completed a one-year journey of parenting. Get ready for your baby's first birthday. If Formula Milk is given you can still give the same, if you are ok with breastfeeding you can continue to breastfeed. Now you can start training your child to use the toilet.
Tips for 12 Month Babies:
*Your baby will start chewing. So do not give puree to children. Consult a doctor if the child is probably not accustomed to chewing.
*Practice giving only healthy foods regularly. Never turn the page on fast foods.
*Giving too much food will make it difficult and lead to obesity.
*The child who ate the most favorite food this week may say no next week. So, try to give different foods without giving the same food.
*Start giving the egg white.
*You can give foods rich in iron. Iron-rich legumes, lentils, beans, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, greens, and vegetables can be given.
*Plan to give the right food at the right time. This will give the baby an understanding that we can expect food for this time.
*Practice doing small creativity like cutting an Italian, cutting a chapati, and giving it a triangular shape.
*Occasionally serve rice with egg gravy.
*It is better to boil well and give a small quantity.
*Vegetable soup, chicken soup, etc. can be served.
