Children will reflect exactly what the adults in the household do, including what words to speak, how to speak, how to brush their teeth, eat, and show respect to adults. Similarly, a recent study found that problems at home and the bad experiences children face can have a detrimental effect on their mental health as they grow older.
The study looked at physical, sexual, and psychological harassment, including domestic violence, drug abuse, psychological trauma, and vulnerability to divorced family members.
