What does the happiest man in the world do?
The media, including the New York Times, describes him as the happiest man in the world! He spends $ 65,000 a year (more than half a million rupees) on it.
Many people go on cruise ships to celebrate the holidays. But can one stay on those ships for years? No one tries it because it is a very expensive arrangement.

But for the past 23 years there has been someone who has made cruise ships his own home, Mario Salcedo. He has traveled on hundreds of cruises during this time. The media, including the New York Times, describes him as the happiest man in the world! He spends $ 65,000 a year (more than half a million rupees) on it. Mario, originally from Miami, Florida, has worked for several large finance companies, including the Federal Express. He traveled extensively as part of his corporate work. He spent more time in various hotel rooms in Latin America than he did in his own home in Miami. After working continuously for almost 21 years, Mario got tired of that life.
He wanted to travel the world without leaving his home. Eventually, at the age of 47, he left his multi-million dollar job, home and country and returned to pursue a new life. That was in 1997. We then traveled on six different cruises to understand what Mario Cruising is all about. At the end of the experiment, he realized that this was his life ahead.

Initially he tried several cruise lines but found that the Royal Caribbean was the best fit for him. Mario now spends most of his time aboard a Royal Caribbean. He usually books an interior stay room. Because it is inexpensive and he only uses it for sleeping, bathing and changing clothes. He enjoys interacting with people, bathing in the pool after work, dancing with other passengers, and eating out on the ship's restaurants. '' I don't eat like normal people. So I do not put on weight. I skip meals once a day. And eating only healthy food, '' he says. He has already booked trips on cruises until april 2023.
Continuing to stay aboard cruise ships, on the other hand, can be a costly affair, especially if you have been doing this for 2 or 3 years. Despite having the savings of his time working as a corporate financier, Mario still works to maintain his luxurious lifestyle. His job is to manage the investment portfolios of private clients. He can do it while sitting on the ship, so he never complains about it. He devotes five hours a day to work. He says with a smile that he really enjoys the rest of the time and that there is no stress in this life at all.

He does not worry about rising petrol prices, paying bills on time, making food, or the epidemic. He is completely free from all the dynamism, stress and uncertainty of life on land. He is getting ready to celebrate life with the rhythm of the waves as long as he is healthy.
