#Trendalert: The newest IT Fitness craze is ram Dhun!!!

It appears that in keeping with the consecration of the ram temple in Ayodhya, gyms all over the country are capitalizing on the surge of devotion. A recent workout video from a gym in noida went viral and featured Lakhbir Singh's Hanuman bhajan, Keejo kesari Ke Lal. Numerous fitness facilities are being motivated to emulate it.

Following the trend, Richa Bhatnagar of Anytime Fitness in noida is scheduling her upcoming Zumba class around ram bhajans. "I loved the idea after seeing the video," she declares. I'm constantly looking for music to use during my workouts, and what could be more popular than dancing to ram bhajans while doing Zumba? It's how I honor ram and this momentous occasion (the consecration of the ram Temple). "Given the current buzz around Ayodhya, we opted to play bhajans and songs associated with ram and have been integrating deadlifts, yoga, zumba, weight training and various workouts with Hanuman Chalisa, ram bhajans, and mantras," explains prince Aadvanshi, co-founder of FFW Fitness in Mundka, Delhi.

Trainer Kunal Deshpande of Rhinos Gym in Andheri (E) in mumbai said, "These Zumba classes have been going on for more than a week now. Our two Zumba instructors have put together steps for three-four bhajans." Owner of Just Lose It in pune, ashwini Gore, adds, "We'll be teaching ram bhajans soon. Although these songs won't be the only thing covered in class, each participant will work out to two or three bhajans. Fusion Fitness Academy in pune is owned by Sagar, who states that although they "don't currently offer these classes, they are open to organising them considering the rising trend."
