HCL Tech's Vijaykumar becomes highest-earning Indian CEO!!!
HCL Tech CEO C. Vijaykumar has become the highest-earning CEO of indian IT companies. In the financial year 2024, the company has increased its package by more than 190 percent on an annual basis. His annual income has reached around $ 10.06 lakh i.e. Rs 84.16 crore. After C. Vijaykumar, Infosys CEO Salil Parekh's name comes second in this list. Talking about his annual package, he is being given a package of Rs 66.25 crore.
HCL Tech Report Reveals Salary
According to the report presented by HCL Tech on July 22, C. Vijaykumar has been given $ 19.6 lakh i.e. Rs 16.39 crore as a basic salary. Along with this, the company has given him a performance-linked bonus of $ 11.40 lakh i.e. Rs 9.53 crore. The company has given him $ 2.36 lakh i.e. Rs 1.97 crore as long term incentive. The remaining amount has been received by him in the form of stock units, allowances etc. This report also shows that Vijaykumar's salary is up to 707.46 times that of the common HCL Tech employees.
HCL Tech's earnings increased tremendously
HCL Tech CEO Vijaykumar has recently written a letter to the shareholders and informed about the company's performance. He has told that in the last financial year, the company's revenue has reached $ 13.3 billion with a growth of 5.4 percent on an annual basis. Along with this, he also informed that HCL's EBIT margin has been 18.2 percent. The company is seeing a ray of hope in things like GenAI, cloud, data and cyber security in the coming days.
