With the hindi film Dhadak, janhvi kapoor made her acting debut in 2018. Now, she is all ready to make her much-anticipated South cinema debut. All eyes are on her as Sridevi's daughter because her mother dominated not just South cinema but also bollywood for the majority of her acting career. Earlier rumours that Janhvi had agreed to star in a vijay deverakonda movie proved to be untrue.


Finally, Janhvi will appear alongside telugu actor Jr. ntr in his 30th film, which will be helmed by renowned director Koratala Siva. The film will begin production next month with an april 2024 release date. The movie poster was just released by the filmmakers. Sridevi, the mother of janhvi kapoor, began her career in tamil cinema and is regarded as a legend in indian cinema. 

In 1976, she made her acting debut as the lead in K Balachander's Moondru Mudichu, which launched her career as a superstar. Sridevi, who worked in the tamil, telugu, Kannada, and malayalam film industries, rose to fame quickly and was dubbed the Female Superstar. She subsequently turned her attention to bollywood, where she reigned for many years as the industry's queen before being married to boney kapoor and stepping away from the spotlight in 1997.
