100th film will feature Thalapathy Vijay as the star!!!
If rumours are to be believed, Thalapathy Vijay would play the lead role in Super Good Films' historic 100th film, one of the oldest production companies in tamil cinema. Jiiva, an actor, appeared at an event and sort of verified the rumours. The production company and Vijay Sir met, in my opinion, a week ago. My father and I are coordinating to get me on board as well. I don't mind even if they don't pay me for the same. With God's blessing, I pray Vijay Sir will be the star of the 100th movie.
It should be noted that Jiiva is the son of Super Good Films' founding producer, RB Chowdhury. Jiiva and Vijay previously collaborated on Shankar's Nanban (2012), a coming-of-age comedic drama that was a remake of the film 3 Idiots. Jiiva played Raju Rastogi, a role originally played by Sharman Joshi, while Vijay took on the role originally played by aamir khan (Phunsukh Wangdu).
A number of Vijay's most successful and well-liked films, including Poove Unakkaga (1996), love Today (1997), Thulladha Mananum Thullum (1999), Shahjahan (2001), Thirupaachi (2005), and Jilla (2014), were produced by the same company, which is interesting.
Currently, Vijay is hard at work filming lokesh Kanagaraj's action comedy Leo. trisha and Vijay, the popular 2000s duo, make a comeback in the movie after a 14-year absence. The movie is now being shot in full force. During the ponniyin selvan 2 promotional run, trisha had mentioned that both lokesh brother and Ungal Thalapathy Vijay were doing well and had expressed their love to the cast. After his work with lokesh kanagaraj on Master, Leo is one of Vijay's most eagerly awaited flicks.
