Due to the rise in private milk prices, the amount of milk sold daily by Aavin Company across tamil Nadu has increased to around 30,000 liters.While private milk is sold at Rs.60 per liter, Aavin's milk is sold at Rs.40 to Rs.51. As a result, restaurants and tea shops have started buying Aavin's milk. Similarly, due to price increases, households have started buying and using Aavin's milk instead of private milk. According to officials, 50 thousand liters of milk is sold more than the amount of milk sold in the first week of August. It is said that more than 15,000 liters of cow's milk are sold in chennai alone.
