The tall and Well built actor recently had an interaction with the students of Coimbatore based GRD Institute of Arts and Sciences, where he revealed an interesting fact about his casting in Baahubali. Rana Daggubati revealed that he was not the first choice, and the makers of Baahubali had initially wanted to cast a Hollywood actor as Bhallaladeva, and it was none other than Jason Momoa, who plays Khal Drogo in the hugely popular Game of Thrones series.

Rana jokingly told the students that he was happy to play a role that was supposed to be played by a Hollywood actor and told producer Shobu Yarlagadda that it was cool that he was Khal Drogo's replacement, and we'll do this.
