Actor Suriya had recently appeared in Kaappaan his third collaboration after Ayan and Maattraan with KV anand, and the movie co-starring mohanlal, Arya, Sayyeshaa, samuthirakani, and boman irani has turned out to be another mediocre outing.
Suriya was already working on his next movie Soorarai Pottru, helmed by Irudhi Suttru fame sudha Kongara, and this movie is bankrolled by Suriya's 2D Entertainment and is said to be loosely based on the life and times of air Deccan founder GR Gopinath.
It has now been revealed that soorarai pottru shooting has been wrapped, and currently, in post-production, the team is aiming to release the movie in March. soorarai pottru co-stars aparna Balamurali, paresh rawal and mohan babu in pivotal characters. The team has now approached Kajal to release single track of the movie and promote the movie on a large scale. Already, Kajal worked with surya for 'Brothers' and they share a great rapport together.
