Shamlee has become a painter, and she had reportedly trained with popular painter AV Elango and during a recent event, her paintings were exhibited in Bangalore. Shamlee had last played female lead in vikram Prabhu's Veera Sivaji.  

Following Shalini, her sister Shamlee, who acted as a child artist in movies like anjali, has exhibited a new talent.
