Kajal Aggarwal is one of those actresses who never goes too hard on herself to maintain her body shape. She believes that working out perfectly matters. Overdoing or underdoing the workout can damage her body. She does yoga thrice a week which includes 150 surya namaskars at a stretch in a day and upper bodyweight training thrice a week.


She also indulges in strength training. Apart from this, she does 45 minutes of Cardio and an hour of Artho-pilates once a week. She even includes Russian twists to reduce abdomen fats which is effective for abdominal muscles. She is an ardent swimmer and she swims regularly to keep her body in shape. She also keeps on dancing to burn calories and maintain her figure. Apart from these, she also takes a good amount of sleep to keep her body fresh, healthy, and active. She never believes in a fat diet.


She takes 7 meals a day and strictly follows a vegetarian diet. She always drinks green tea to start her day. For breakfast, she eats oats, brown bread with peanut butter. During lunch, she never eats rice. She prefers green salad, fruits, and legumes. In the case of rice, she prefers eating brown rice. She also drinks fresh fruit juice in the evening instead of tea or coffee. She loves McDonald's burgers and as a cheat-diet, she has it once a week. She sips on coconut water throughout the day which helps to flush the toxins out of the body.
