The casting of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's forthcoming film Baiju Bawra has garnered a lot of attention. Ranbir was never a serious contender for the leading part. alia bhatt, who was blown away by her portrayal, gave Bhansali the thumbs up and dubbed it the "greatest story she has ever written." 


Alia Bhatt and ranveer singh will begin filming for Baiju Bawra in november of this year, and a grandiose set for the movie is being erected in Mumbai's Film City. ranveer singh and alia bhatt have previously collaborated on Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy, but they'll also appear in karan Johar's rocky Aur rani Ki prem Kahani. alia bhatt, and on the other hand, is marking her telugu film debut with RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli.
