shilpa shetty, who was accused of profanity and immorality in an event in which co-accused richard Gere openly kissed her, was released by a bombay court on Monday, january 24. The event happened in rajasthan in 2007 during a marketing event. In rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, three complaints were launched against shilpa in 2007 for passionately kissing the hollywood actor and aids awareness activist in public.


Following a review of the allegation that sparked the case, Metropolitan Magistrate Ketaki Chavan concluded that the actress was a victim of the component of accused number one, richard Gere's purported act. The Magistrate was convinced that the accusations against shilpa shetty were unfounded after reviewing the police report and documents. As a result, the actress was found not guilty of the charges.


"In the petition, not a single aspect of any of the purported offenses is satisfied. Furthermore, none of the materials attached to the final report exposes any act by the current accused that would put her within the ambit of Section 34 of the IPC (common intention)." the order that has been observed Following the event, a complaint was made with a Judicial Lieutenant First Class in Mundawar, rajasthan, requesting that a FIR be registered between shilpa shetty and richard Gere, which has been granted.
