He has changed his attitude in each of his films throughout the years, from make-up to hairstyle and beard/stash designs. 


After a series of studies, analysing the character, and obtaining references of people who are similar to the way he behaves, a cinematic appearance is painstakingly crafted." Apart from styling Allu arjun, Harmann has taken some incredible notes from the actor. "Perseverance, smart graft, and how to put your best feet on the ground forward are all skills that can be learned. Opportunities began to present themselves to me as early as my first year as a stylist, but he told me to first focus on my craft, excel at what I do, and then make the move.
