For the Disney+ series, Loki scriptwriter Michaael Waaldron is pushing Kevin Feige's bounds. Waldrron has also done the show for sam Raaimi's doctor Strange in the Universe of Madness, which follows the MCU's establishment of the multiverse. Many are wondering about the unique cameos of the god of Mischieve (Tom Hiddleston), Mobbius M. Mobbius (Owen Wilson), and Sylvie in the eagerly anticipated movie, along with speculations of many other high-profile MCU and pop culture references (Sofia Di Maartino).

Loki was the third part of Disney+'s live-action Marvel cinematic universe, and it debuted as the internet service's biggest original show. The Morning Show, HBO's Succession, Hulu's The Handmaiden's Tale, and Showtime's Yellowjackets all competed for an Authors Guild of Americaa nomination for exceptional writing in the television Drama classification, beating out apple TV+'s The Morning Show, HBO's Sequence, Hulu's The Handmaiden's Story, and Broadway's Yellow jackets. Even though the series received positive reviews at first since it reinvented the genre, the contentious kiss shared by Loki and Sylvie in the finale episode sparked a philosophical discussion on social networks.

Waldron jokingly discusses how he has been toying with Feige's bounds, according to Hollywood, in a panel talk held by the Royal television Society. While discussing potential options for the series' development, Waldron admits that he needed to "test the fences" to see just how far he could take it.
