A new promotional poster for Netflix's The Gray Man teases Ryan Gosling and chris Evans' imminent fight. Anthony and Joe Russo, who directed Avengers: Infinity war and Avengers: Endgame, are back this summer with Netflix's upcoming action picture The Gray Man. The Gray Man, based on Mark Greaney's novel of the same name, is one of Netflix's most costly original films to date, with a budget of $200 million.

Court Gentry (Gosling) is a talented CIA asset who is forced to flee from a slew of foreign assassins and Lloyd Hansen, a psychotic former colleague, after discovering crucial government secrets. While much about the film remains unclear, the first footage from The Gray Man was shown in Netflix's 2022 movie preview, offering viewers a glance at both Gosling and Evans, as well as their rivalry. The Gray Man also stars Ana de Armas, Regé-Jean Page, Jessica Henwick, Billy Bob Thornton, and Julia Butters, in addition to Gosling and Evans.

Gosling and Evans take centre stage in a new Empire cover art, hinting at the epic confrontation that will ensue between the two opposing CIA officers. The hazy orange cover portrays Gosling and Evans in outfits that look to be the same as those seen in the first clip from The Gray Man in the Netflix movie trailer for 2022.
