The film industry has a habit of exaggerating box office receipts. Some add one or two crores to the total revenue, while others exaggerate with unfathomable figures. Except for dil Raju, no other cinema celebrity in the Nizam region knows the exact share a film received. Except for rajamouli films, no film has ever made more over Rs 10 crore on its first day. 'Bheemla Nayak' and 'Radhe Shyam' both made less than Rs 10 crore (minus GST).

However, these days, everyone claims that their film made over Rs 12 crore on its first day in Telangana. This is all about bluffing! 'Bheemla Nayak' was supposed to be a record collector. However, the truth is that it only made around Rs 8 crore on the first day. The makers of "Sarkaru Vaaru Paata" claimed that the film made over Rs 12 crore on its opening day. According to sources, it only collected around Rs 8 crore. Even with GST, the total collection does not reach Rs 12 crore.

The makers claim that the film grossed Rs 31 crore in Nizam over the course of five days. Some speculate that it may have brought in Rs 27 crore. However, insiders estimate it to be only Rs 22 crore. In addition, bollywood media said that the film grossed Rs 100 crore nett in just five days. According to several telugu media outlets, it received a huge Rs 100 crore share. The manufactures will continue to deceive with inflated figures until we establish a transparent collection mechanism like the United States. Only then will the true might of our greatest heroes be revealed.
